Graduated from Pine View in 2017. Currently working on my generals at Snow College and planning to attend Utah State in 2019 where I'll study communicative disorders.
I'm struggling this Christmas break, this run just felt long and tiring. Maybe because it's the longest I've run in a couple weeks but I just need to be able to find some joy in it. I'm missing the team for sure.
Mustang pass again haha. This one felt loads better on the way back. Work was horrendous today, absolutely awful so a nice short good run is just what I needed.
I drove to the higher neighborhoods by my house and ran out above Middleton and the frontage road on those trails and stuff, except there wasn't actually trails so I just ran around. It felt good though it was really fun.
Went up the parkway and started into Dino cliffs then turned around. Very very solid run. I can finally feel myself getting back into shape and I actually used gps this time and didn't feel like I was going incredibly slow.
Did Dino cliffs today and then added on at the end as its only 4 miles. I felt really good and wasn't too tired after. I like being able to feel the progress. Also I didn't have work this morning because there was a tournament. Hallelujah
Drove down to Washington elem. and ran out to prospector trail then turned around. Uneventful run. When I was driving back to my house I got pulled over for like 3 offenses but I only got a warning. Honestly probably the scaredest I've ever been. And I was just telling sage last night how I had never got pulled over. I jinxed it...
