Since I'm in salt lake to see my sister and grandma, I couldn't go to morning practice and so me and Jessica did one ourselves. The workout was 1200, 1000, 800, and 600. On the warm up we probably warmed up for about 1.5 miles and then we started the workout. The loop had a lot of hills and sideways grass so it was pretty tough. Jess was there to push me (except on the 1000 cause she's a wimp) (: but on all the other ones and so I think I pushed pretty hard even though I didn't have all the girls pushing me. It was good though. cooled about 1 mile. |
