Easter run in stg!!!! So freaking warm I got sunburnt hahahahah I just progressively picked up the pace to end at about 7:20. Nice run & im sad to be back in freaking cold ephraim I can’t get over how warm it was there
Early run before classes. Same workout. I took a short break before I started the level 10 because I was exhasted. I wish I wouldn’t have. Next time I’ll be continuous. It’s gonna be a good day
