Warm up to harts. 6k's around the stadium. I probably only went about 3 miles or something. It was definitely not my best run. My akelies (or however you spell it.) has been hurting me a lot and after 2k's it was hurting much. I went onto my 3rd one and it was on fire. It hurt so bad. I had to stop after 3 and coach told me to ice it. Then when I got home I iced it again and after soccer practice I iced it again. Each for about 20 minutes. Oh and I wasn't supposed to hit 5:14. But my times were: 4:31, 4:59, and 5:07. |
