TIME TRIAL #3 so I'm still extremely butthurt (pun cred to preston) and it hurt alllll day today, but only hurt probably the first .25 of the race so that was fabulous. Started out and I was just up there but from almost the very beginning I was thinking negative. Then I started to say "if you can't push here you aren't going to push at Murray and that's where it really counts" which really helped me a lot. I visualized a lot on this course cause that's always just what comes to mind so that probably helped too. We were a lot more spread out as a pack today... Caroline was injured and Rylee did amazing so it was kinda mixed up. At the last stretch I was a little behind Jacey and Ellie (in 6th place) and I just sat there then thought that I'd worked this hard and I didn't wanna just sit anymore so I kicked it in and me and Jacey pushed together until the end, she got me by .2 but it felt wayy better to push that ending. I ended up 5th with 12:39 so not a good time but we were all a little bit slower. Then we did 4x400s at 5k race pace and cooled down for the rest of our time. Hard day but fun. Also I drove miles, evan, cooper and mikey over to the course and they were seriously cracking me up talking about coming out of the closet and stuff like that they're probably my favorites not gonna lie
