Practice at 1:30 again to get prepped for state. 15 min steady state with 2 wave hills. We did 10 warm up over to the middle school which I felt fine during. Then when we started the steady state I was okay for a little bit and around 6 minutes I started to feel very very sick again. I guess I'm not over it. I'm applauding myself for my ability to stick with the pack under the circumstances. The hills were okay. I almost biffed it on the 1st downhill, I really thought I was going down. Very very slow run back to the hs and now I'm gonna take everything there is to prevent sickness.
