Dirt mile again today. Sure feel like we do that guy a lot. It wasn't bad though we had 4 laps at progressively faster pace. Our first mile was a 8ish minute I think. Then down to 7:50, 7:40, and like 6:55 or something... Roberts kept telling us to slow down hahaha it was hard work though. I was going to stop after the 3rd mile because my legs were still feeling very tired from top of Zion (or at least that's what my excuse was gonna be) then I just kept running which I'm glad I did because that was the hardest lap by far. The dirt mile has always been like a really hard mental battle for me maybe that's why I do not like it but I'm working on my positivity at that place.

Ps all PV kids plz appreciate you schedules and all the fri*kin papers in the envelope cause it takes years to put them in<3
