AM- real fun run with only me Josie meskerem and roberts 

PM- workout at the Bloomington park before Duel in the Desert. We had 3(1000, 600) at interval & race pace. It was hard but a good workout and we packed way way good. The JV races were fun to watch. Our team ran so awesome!!!!!! Shoutout to Mitch cuz hes my language arts buddy and made me realize mrs. Endsley looks like a who.
