AM- ran 30 minutes with the boys. I really shouldn't have (and coach made sure I knew that hahaha) because i haven't been feeling good lately and we had a race type-ish thing today. But it hurt when I ran slow and it felt SO GOOD to run with them. Although they're quite boring. They like didn't even talk.

PM- like 1.5 miles?? Maybe? We had desert relays today with dhells but it got lightninged out before I got to race or do any workout so all I did was warm up. Quality night with my fav girls afterwards though.
