AM- easy 30

PM- 5x1 minute sand hills. Wow best workout in a while for me. I lead up all of them and just felt way strong. It's the work of a magic ring. Excited to see what we can do at SUU. Haven't blogged in a while cuz my wifi hates me so it blocked the blog which is annoying
