Easy 4 miles at about an 8:55 pace
I took a spill on the sidewalk trying to go around a lady on a bike going up a hill. My foot hit the corner of a raised part of the sidewalk and I went down. I twisted my ankle slightly and limped for about a minute, then it started feeling better and I got back into my pace. When I got home I iced my ankle and took a Tylenol. Hopefully I feel good during tomorrows run. I use to roll my ankle all the time playing soccer when I was younger and the pain didn't last long. |
