Swam 1500yds ( 500warmup, 16 x 50s w/ 10s rest, 200 cooldown (100 breast stroke, 100, back stroke)
Ran 5.1mi at an 8:30/mi pace around campus. It was a little windy but the temperature was perfect. My legs were a little sore from doing squats yesterday and from increasing the time spent on my bike. |
