Easy 3 with minor quad soreness. My quads and shins were killing me on Monday and Tuesday and are a little better today. Riding my bike doesn't bother me and I rode to class on Monday and today pain free. Hopefully I'll be up to 20mi for my weekly total by next week. This week I'll be happy to get in 9mi. I really don't like the Sun to Saturday calendar. It throws off my mileage if I choose to run on Sunday vs Saturday in the same weekend. I've always gone by Monday through Sunday as my running week. |
