6.56 km in 32:37 on road. 17:21 out and 15:16 back. Felt incredibly sluggish from yesterday, i was aiming to do a 13 miler but the heat was a killer. 29 degrees and full sun. Shin was hurting too. I may have to run every other day to give it a day to recover. We'll see.

5 km in 22:23 on treadmill. I felt really dirty with myself for not going for a semi long run today so I jumped on the treadmill and did 5 a bit better than marathon pace. It was good because my legs felt a little tired from this morning and yesterday but the run didn't trouble me at all. Not too worried about missing the long run as it was a step down week.

This Sunday is the peak of my training schedule so this week is going to be a biggy for me. Can't wait :)

6.56 km in 30:46 on road. 16:26 out and 14:20 back. I was going to have the day off but my feet were itchy so when it got dark I went out for a comfortable run. Ran the last 2 miles under marathon pace making sure i dodged the pot holes in the dark! 

Today was the start of my biggest training week and a good one. Only 27 days till Tokyo baby!

10 km in 47:34 on road. 25:00 out and 22:34 back (marathon pace). Felt the conditions as it was 87% humidity aka a big fat sauna session. my girlfriend thinks I should drop everything and become a writer. I agree. Now she is pretending to be dead and a spaz because that's what we do when we think the other person is being a spaz. And stupid. Nigh night.

6.1 km in 30:00, 2 minutes break then 3.9 km in 18:26 on treadmill. As it was 30+ today and 90% humidity I went to the gym to seek out some aircon. Found some but it really wasn't up to much so I sweated like the proverbial. Good run though and looking forward to my last big one on Sunday.

3.2 km in 17:08 on treadmill. Ridiculously hot today, even inside with the fan going. Will wait till the sun is setting tonight to get out a 10 miler. Then rest tomorrow and my last big run on Sunday.

6.56 km in 33:54 on road. 17:38 out and 16:16 back. Bloody hot and my stomach was feeling decidedly average after some very spicy thai last night. I have no choice but to wake up at quarter to 4 tomorrow and go for a big one then. Gotta do it....3 weeks tomorrow till the marathon!
