Personal:

I am 42, and am only getting better with age and wisdom.

Running is about third or fourth on my priority list, but that's pretty high.  I'm a busy guy.  My family comes first.  I've got a few great runners in the bunch - watch out for them!

LCC / La Caille loop. Right lower calf feeling tender again. Ran through it today. It didn't get worse, but twinge is still there. Hopefully it will pass.

Where does the course go that you ran today? I'm interested. If I run from my place to LCC on Wasatch and then loop around La Caille and back home its 14+ miles. Curious where you are starting from and returning to.

I think I am coming from the other direction - I live about a mile from Wasatch, about 2 miles south of the light at Wasatch and 9800 South. So, it's about 3 miles to the light, about 4 miles to run the loop up to the mouth of Little Cottonwood, north to the light at Wasatch, then back on Wasatch past La Caille. Then another 3 back home. Good luck with the half marathon! Are you going to run the Salt Lake half? It's a decent course.
