4 miles to PA4 in City Creek with Evy. Okay, I can finally run again - pulled hamstring/butt muscle seemed fine, the sprained ankle was fine, the rather bad food poisoning (or whatever I had last week) made me feel a bit queasy when I started running, but I generally felt okay once I got going. I think I was pretty slow, but Evy kept me going at a pace where I was breathing pretty hard the whole time, so that was good. Did some nice stretching afterwards. Sure felt good to be running again, and I'm cautiously hoping my string of bad luck is at an end! |
