After yesterday's big fat ZERO running (I have lots of excuses but realize that ultimately the buck stops with me...), and a dinner consisting of trail mix and a BIG bowl of ice cream, I was thoroughly discouraged this morning and didn't want to run, figuring "what's the use". But I figured I would feel even worse if I skipped another day of running, so I hopped on the tm and ran 5 (2 ~ 5mph and 3 ~ 5.5 mph, 1.5% incline). Sure glad I didn't skip the run. (Sure wish I hadn't skipped yesterday's run.) I haven't done my arm & shoulder exercises in a few days, but I have been doing lots and lots of snow shoveling, and that has to count for something!
