Ran to and from work.
Pushed it pretty hard on these miles and felt really good afterwards. Best run of the week by far.
Pushed it on these miles just like Tuesday and established a really good pace....not too slow, not too fast.

I ran these at about 8 minute pace/mile. Pretty easy. I wanted to do more but didn't have time.
