Did a strength training session and wasn't planning on running but decided to do a little treadmill session.
Workout was 8 x .25 at 12 mph 1%
Once it got up to speed I jumped on and did a rep then stradled for a minute and repeated.
In theory, this would be a 75 second quarter mile with only one minute of rest. I plan on going to the track next week and seeing if I can do 8 x 400 in 75 sec average with a one minute standing rest. Doubtful but possible.
