I was reading your sidebar, and it got me wondering, what is the secret to keeping the big picture in mind?

For me, I know I will never be a world class runner. I don't even consider myself to be one of the top local runners. I just enjoy being outside and It's fun for me to have goals to chase (pun intended). The big picture is to realize I'm doing this for my health and sanity. I consider running to be my form of therapy. Hopefully, it'll be a habit I can pass along to my future family.

I've been getting mire sleep too. Totally can tell! My weight is slowly dropping too. Nice job out there!

ACorn,

Hi. Awesome double! Well you gotta be one of the top local runners! Maybe not top, top...but you are up there above many, many people! Seems to me I remember your mom mentioning wanting to do a family type race - a 5K together! Not sure but maybe you are influencing your current family! As always, hoping all well with you and your family.
