Hi. You are doing well with your miles this year. So listen, any races planned for the next six months? Are you training for any particular race? Hey forget that - I just noticed the Salt Lake 1/2 Marathon on April 20th in the "Short-Term Running Goals!!!" I have a race the next day. It may be my imagination, but it seems like we often race the same day or close to! Be well.
