Working full time in Downtown Salt Lake.  On days where my body feels good and I don't have a 17 hour shift I like to hit up the trails in SLC and PC.

Today I went down to Draper park to meet my running buddy, who I haven't ran with since August! Kiley! We just ran an out and back on the trail at an 8:30 pace, then we went to Zupas! It was so nice to be able to run and say obnoxious things! :)

I ran along 14th east to Blaine and up to 15th east to 21st south. Then I ran up to 21st east to St Marys and down to 19th east over to 13th south where I went down to 15th east. I went right instead of the usual left home and added on before turning around so I could hit 5 right at my house. I didn't ever stop and kept an 8:15 average pace.

2 on the treadmill then outiside I ran 1.5 out on 15th east and part of Sugarhouse park and turned and came back. I ran in my old pink trainers.

I ran down 13th south to Liberty, did 1 lap, then along 7th east to 17th south where I went up to 13th east and home. Both times I was on 13th and 13th I saw John going home for lunch and going back to work. SMILE.

Today I met up with my running buddy at Liberty where we ran 2 laps the normal way and then 2 laps backwards. We reminisced the whole time, then said bye bye for the next few months :(

5 on the treadmill getting faster each mile. I was pretty bored but I had Pandora on so it was okay. I'm ready to climb next week with after school training. Now I'm enjoying some homemade oreo pudding.
