Personal:
I know a secret technique for opening mangos taught me by a Wolof sorcerer. I was briefly a political appointee at the U.N. I am intimately familiar with a disciple of David Hume.
The Excels handle pretty well in snow I discovered this morning. Sloshy in spots and slow going but a decent run.

Your training is looking solid! Question, how are you trying to lose a pound a week? I need to drop weight and don't know if u should go on dietary restriction

I have paid no particular attention to diet, though my eating has become more conscious since I began running regularly again after Thanksgiving. If I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week rather than the 1 lb I've been averaging, I'd have to eat different foods that reduce my caloric intake. Personally I wouldn't think about dietary "restriction" though unless the objective is only short term, but rather changing the way you eat, making food part of the same discipline you introduce by running.
