First long run in a while - river path to Arsenal Mall, then Fresh Pond to Mt Auburn and home. Took it easy, felt pretty good. Lovely morning. Had a bathroom break at 6 mi or so in the park by the intersection of Huron and Grove. Top notch portapotty.
