I took a day off work to focus on other things stressing me out- taxes, house chores, bills.
I considered going to a movie or something, but instead I ran a bunch and took a nap. My ankles are hurting quite a bit - probably from ramping up quickly, but that's a new one. On the positive side, I've lost 3-4 lbs in the last 1.5 weeks.
AM: 12 miles.
PM: 8 miles - picked up Elise from school. They have an awesome program two days a week called "Run Club" - the kids wear a pedometer and meander around a small infield track. I did two miles there, drove her home, then met Quint for another 6.
