10 miles at track. It rained most of the afteroon, but that petered out just as we were getting started. There was a good group there tonight. Workout was 4x1 mile, 400 rest. I tried to hang off the back of the Mike/Sean/Anthony pack, but blew up on the last lap of the second repeat. Shifted after that and finished the last two out with Quint and Jim.

I have two principles guiding my running now: 1) Don't do intervals until I've rebuilt my base 2) Don't run with my shirt off until I lose weight. I broke both of these rules tonight, and didn't look good in the process. But sometimes you just have to face the muzak.
Anthony ran very well, passing Sean on his last repeat. Mike blew the doors off his last mile and looks like he's in sub-16 5k shape.
