Married with two children. 9 years old boy and a 11 years girl. I was born and raised in Sudan Africa. Moved to the us at the age 19 to go to school where I met my lovely wife.

the first increase in miles since 3 weeks ago 7 easy miles today I ran the first 3 alone and then met with Beth to finish the last 4 miles for a total of 7. when I wear my new asics I feel a dule pain around the annkle and achilis area on my right foot so I ice it after my run today lets hope I'm just being a whinny runner and nothing serious is hapening because of the new shoes lol

7 miles today. The new shoes did not cause any pain but I ice it after the run anyway. During the day I feel a dull pain around the ankle and the achillis but I'm might just be paronaid about an injury and nothing is there. I hope.

7 miles at my hilly rout lake Wanabago wearing my new shoes with no pain but I iced my right foot anyway. I think a little of the old fitness is coming back the hills did Hurt like they did last month. Worm weather and a little wind added to the hills but it was a good workout today

7 easy miles it was windy chily but ok for running. I'm still icing my foot after runs just to make sure my ankle and achilis on my right foot will not turn into a problem. I'm getting to like my new asics for now.
