Weather - 42 degrees, sunny. Drove to Homer Lake and ran with my dog, an easy 5.5 miles around the muddy trails. The final mile I practiced running quicker, yet still tried to maintain a sense of ease. Not much hard running this week thus far, I think I will continue with the easy runs since last week was quite intense. The 7.5 mile trail race is less than 2 weeks away, it should be a fun one. |
