Weather - 53 degrees, clear. Ran 1.75 miles to the arboretum, then 1 grass loop barefoot. Legs are feeling better each day. My right leg is about 85%, but my left leg is still trying to recover from the thigh spasm 2 days ago. It did not cause me any problems today, but I could feel it when I was doing my strength exercises. It does not matter how long it takes for me to recover, I am happy to have no serious injuries, and I am looking forward to easy running in the coming weeks. After the run 3 sets of strength exercises, stretching, and 35 minute walk home. I noticed I ran only 17.50 miles this week. That is the lowest amount in a long time, I guess it fits with the current plan - taking it easy....
