53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
Easy Miles in the morning and a few at night
2 x 1.5 miles at 7:10 pace.
5 very esasy miles.
Late night miles after the Movie,

Longest run . Ran the course. Pretty much took a walk break every two miles Scott kept me good company most of the way. I did not sleep well and felt tired getting up at 4:30 is tough. Probably avg in 8 min range
