5 Miles plus weights, I did not feel like working out tonight. But i know the only way to get my body to change is to be consistant. Nothing is easy right now.
5.5 Miles in the bank. Slow run with 400 feet elavation change. 6 Sets of weights. Still very Fat. The man in the mirrior is not kind to me. Knee felt good.
