| 26 miles, the majority of which was on the Ouachita Trail, starting from the Hwy. 298 Trailhead. Explored new sections, including Miles 131-133, which my family has adopted and committed to maintain as part of our membership in Friends of the Ouachita Trail ("FoOT").
Met a really friendly thru-hiker from D.C. who refused a beer but was grateful for conversation.
