8-mile out-and-back from Pulaski Tech College along Emerald Park Trail. This was about the hardest run I could have drawn up during a professional development lunch break.

We finished May 28. This was a required PD I have to do as part of my non-traditional license program. I have a two-year license and will receive a standard license (5 years) at the end of next school year.
