Hit the 4,000 Mile mark for calendar year 2013 today. Would be lying if I said it wasn't a goal, but alas, I don't feel any differnt than I did yesterday!

Congratulations! 4,000 miles in one year is a major accomplishment, especially considering that most of your "easy" miles were at a pace under 7:30/mile. Even among most elite runners, your average training pace is fast.
