Medium mileage and whistle hills today. Ran over to airport hill for our warmup (i never thought I'd miss that place but I do!). The workout was 2x15,20,25 seconds up the hill and then one set 30,35,40. Felt pretty good, although my legs were total jello after. Ran back and did abs, hips, pushups, and took an ice bath. Good day.
