Low mileage plus the "6-minute test" today. Ran up to the SHS track as our wu for our first real workout on it (holla). I felt like I did a good job on the 6min test but right after I finished it I knew I could have gone a lot harder the whole last lap and started my kick a lot earlier. So frustrating. but I got a mile and like 90m. Goal next time is a mile and 150m. After we did a couple grass laps and headed back down to the creek. did abs and hips.
