Last day of awesome week today (crying rn). Seriously I love awesome week tho. Wu and then we did the legendary hill ladder workout up airport 3x100,200,300,400,500. The first set was hard just cuz I think my legs hadn't woken up yet, but I actually felt lots better on the second and third set. I felt really strong the last 500m which was surprising haha. Honestly the workout was not as bad as the last time I did it, but it was still pretty hard. Overall awesome week was a huge success and I'm proud of what I did. Hopefully I can bring it into my race next weekend.
Also shoutout to all the boys on the team and especially Parker (aka Chuck) for a super fun xc hoco!
