Is it weird to miss hill workouts? Hope not cuz I did. Did a wonderful hill workout up beautiful airport hill today. Felt pretty good for not having done a hill workout in months. It was 3x90 second pick ups up the hill a lap rest inbetween and then another set of 3. All at mile to two mile pace (or as fast as you can go up that crazy steep thing) once again beautiful weather and I felt super satisfied with my run overall even though it was pretty lonely finishing up mileage.
Shoutout to Coach J for doing the workout! She killed it as per usual.
Also thanks to all those people (some of whom I still need to meet) who commented on my blog recently... I was highly entertained.
