Happy Tuesday! I'm trying to make the best of it considering it's my least favorite day of the week... Anyhow had a really good speed workout today. I was feeling really good despite waking up with a little cold :/ it was three sets of four 400s around goal mile pace with 4 min active rest between sets and around 2:45 rest between 400s. Hit basically all my splits and ended strong so I felt good about it. Now if only I can transfer that to a race I'd be golden. I also long jumper at the meet today. Didn't go so hot but it's fine. (Jumper like a 13' 3" or something like that... Didn't help that I scratched on all but one...
