Had a pretty good speed workout today. 6x400m at mile pace with 2.5 min rest inbetween and then 3x200m all out. Pacing was pretty inconsistent which is never the greatest, but I was feeling good. Those last 200s were extra hard, but I was happy with how I did and hopefully I can turn that into a better kick. Used the patented "Watson Power Push and Glide" method on the 400s which I highly recommend (see me for details). After the workout Gan, Sami, and I finished out mileage out towards the lake. Extra special shoutout to the nice elementary crossing guard who gave us Easter gummy bunnies! Can't say that I ate mine, but it's totally the thought that counts and it definitely brightened my day :)
