For practice today we did the "Turkey Workout" in honor of it being Thanksgiving and all. It was six 500m's supposedly at goal 5k race pace for the first 400m, but it ended up being a lot faster which felt good. The last 100m Coach picked someone to be the "turkey" and everyone was supposed to sprint hard to try and catch the turkey. Turned out to be pretty fun :) Afterward just finished up low mileage again.
