First day of "Awesome Week" today, and I'm super duper excited to say that so far it's be pretty awesome! Today we did whistle hills. Warmed up about a mile to "Wahoo Hill" (name cred to Guppy) where we did three sets of 15,20,25 seconds with our rest just being the jog back. Overall it was definitely one of our easier workouts, but it's still great and I tried to push myself. I felt really strong too so that was a win. After we finished up low mileage and did abs and hips.
