Day four of awesome week and still going... barely. Jk I was actually feelin decent today. We did four mile repeats on the grass for our workout and let me just say that I do NOT enjoy mile repeats. Nevertheless, I wasn't upset with my times. I think my times were 6:13, 6:15, 6:13, and 6:04. With five minutes rest inbetween. So solid, but I died. After did a half mile cool down and abs and such. Shoutout to da girls for furthering "the vision" today with their hard work. Love 'em.
