am--7.75 Morning Workout (2x 1200, 2x (2x 400 and 600) w/ 4x race-pace striders) All of the repeats were at 8k pace. The workout felt good. We had a tight group that really pushes together. This is a good way to start a day--faster, fitter, stronger. RHR--56.
pm--2.25 DI+. Easy run, and I needed it after this morning.
