am--3.75 DI/Weights/Harts+. Really hammered it w/ the Trilogy dudes and Josh. RHR--52.

pm--5.5 Target out-and-back w/ 6x fast striders after. Windy but fun. Erged 3k when I got home. 

I finished another book--Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston. I love the book so much I talked my wife into naming our youngest daughter Zora. I like the female perspective, the poetic prose, and the raw Eatonville dialect. A winner in my book even though it took me two tries to finsh it initially.
