am--18.5 Early-morning course run w/ Baggs. I dropped the car at the top of Veyo Hill and ran down and back up then proceeded down the course. The first few miles and the last few were at a decent clip. Just took it easy in the middle. It was a beautiful morning. And it was good to get a longer run in.
