am--3 Arctic Circle w/ everyone. The run was decent. A few of the girls really worked hard this morning. This morning was about the warmest morning of the year. Bodes well for the afternoon. 

pm--5 Ran w/ the girls to Target. I know it sounds goofy, but it almost felt hotter this morning. On another note, I'm really excited about the meet tomorrow.
