Shutdown my trackworkout this morning from soreness in my right foot felt yesterday,
Didn't realize it was still an issue until I started my first interval.  Had I known
this I would have been more diligent about treating it yesterday.  If there's one thing
I've learned in the past when I've gotten hurt, is to switch gears from training to healing
mode immediately.  Lesson learned, don't slouch on recovery.
