My work has been crazy busy lately and I haven't been running for 2 weeks. But today I was able to hook up with Kam and Tara and ran the Mueller Park Loop. The temps were nice today. I led up to Elephant Rock and the pace felt good. Kam led from elephant rock to Rudy Flat and I dropped back a bit. The down hill is always my favorite and I opened it up on the dirt road a gained some distance on Kam and Tara. It was a fun morning. |
