Favorite Course: Mid-Mountain Marathon, Park City, Utah
Mueller Park Trail. The trail was super icy this morning. I ended up cutting the run short because the I was having a hard time staying on my feet.

sounds like some micro-spikes would have really helped. It looks like you are consistently getting out again. Nice.

Micro-spikes would have been great. Unfortunately I don't have any. The trail will probably be nice in a few weeks.
